Our bereavement ministry team supports families in grieving the loss of a loved one. This includes assistance with planning the funeral liturgy, vigil and rosary. The Bereavement Minister will meet with the family and provide a personal connection to assist them as they begin the bereavement process. The Minister will attend the Liturgy and will assist the family in coordinating the events related to laying their loved one to rest. Bereavement Ministers serve on a rotating weekly schedule, being on-call as needed for those who contact the parish following the death of a loved one. Training is provided.
