Support groups available to our SK Community

  • Family-To-Family a program for loved ones of those living with a mental health condition to improve their coping and problem-solving abilities. NAMI-OC is offering a FREE 8-week educational program - here at St. Kilian! Our program begins May 7, Mondays, 6:30-9pm.

  • To register, complete the signature interest form on the NAMI OC website. You will be contacted and registered by the program coordinator: Sign up here for NAMI Orange County’s Signature Classes!

  • Family Support Group meets 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6:30 to 8pm. This is a support group for families living with an adult with mental illness.

  • Peer Support group meets 4th Wednesday of each month from 6 to 7:30pm. This group if for individuals living with a mental illness. We encourage empathy, productive discussion and a sense of community. Benefit from other’s experiences, discover your inner strength and empower yourself by sharing in a non-judgmental space.

These groups are led by our SK Mental Health Ministry.
